Hi dreamers, I would still maintain waking up at 3am, staying up for an hour and going back to sleep is the best and cheapest way to wake up within your dreams and be able to control them, aka lucid dreaming, as per Inception and Vanilla Sky, but if you prefer a little bit more detail and/or variety, check some of these out, the authors are often on Facebook too.
Also in FB land would recommend folks such as Todd Acamesis, John Bruce Bedford, Ladrhyn Bexx and Tim Ferriss who have written on the subject, just not a book on it yet (that I know of).
